Best tooth extraction I've ever experienced!! Totally numb and very fast!! Not one second of pain!! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!! Answered all my questions, they made sure I had very thorough post instructions via text as well as paper copy. A totally positive experience!!!

My visit was incredible today. I was hoping to see Dr. S Shall fascinated by the jump from zoology and guided by my personal philosophy of save the animals! Humans are hopeless. However his son Dr D Shall is outstandingly (new word) intelligent, kind, gracious, and compassionate!! | am truly grateful for my introduction to the practice. Sincerely. Susan Bryan And last but in no way least heartfelt thanks to Maggie for making this appointment happen for me 🙏. Sincerely Susan. Side note I am beyond a complex case and felt a lack of hope despite many personal attempts at research but Dr D 😀provided me with the knowledge of all possibilities…. Dr. Shall is fantastic! He seen the exact issue the second I walked in and even broke everything down in language I could understand on the CT scan. Great staff and really felt welcome when I walked in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I can’t thank you all enough for the fantastic care to making sure my issue was resolved. 10/10

This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. I went for wisdom tooth extraction, they were more than worth the 90 minute drive. The entire staff, from reception to the doctors were extremely kind and helpful for answering any questions you have. They all provided top notch service and care. Thank you!

ANGELS! Every single person in this office is an angel! I had two wisdom teeth, top and bottom, same side, creating awful, intolerable pain. With original appointment scheduled for Wednesday, I was unable to tolerate any more home remedies by Tuesday and Maggie got me in a day early! I met with Dr. Shall, preparing to beg for his mercy, but this very kind man never put me through that. He took me back for surgery right away. Bridgette and Jess assisted with a complicated extraction and reassured me the entire time! I felt like I had sisters holding my hand through it all! I left relieved and healed perfectly. But by day 8 post-op, my jaw was still stiff and difficult to open. I called Maggie, she offered great advice for continuing care, but insisted I come in two days later so I wasn't going into the weekend with possible issues. At the post-op visit, Dr. Shall reassured me that all was fine and normal and offered insight to massages & care of the jaw. Not one time did this team make me feel anything other than comfortable and safe! I wish they all were licensed in all healthcare fields because they are just that incredible! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
